Deep cleaning your brushes should be a regular part of your beauty routine. When your brushes are full of makeup, oil, dirt, bacteria can get trapped in the bristles which leads to clogged pores and pesky breakouts. I would recommend doing it at least once a week.
☑️Begin by running your brushes under warm water.
☑️Fill a bowl with lukewarm water and a squirt of baby shampoo, and gently swirl your brush tip in the water.
☑️Rinse the brush tip under running water once again. Repeat steps two and three until the water runs clear from the brush
You can use a cloth to wipe your brush clean and to reshape the bristles as you go. Always lay your brushes flat on a cloth to dry
I hope you enjoyed this post guys 🙂 Above are some of my favorite brushes 💟
Microdermabrasion is a technique that removes the fine outer layer of skin to reveal a fresh young complexion & it also causes the skin to regenerate faster. This is going to help you achieve flawless healthy skin & get your skin glowing.
Goin’ to the chapel and we’re gonna get married …..#ilovethatsong
Okay so this is your big day ! The day you’ve been waiting for since you were a little girl
This is what I tell all my brides when they ask me how they should prepare their skin for the BIG day 🙂
6 months before your big day :
Moisturizer, sunblock, and 2 liters of water a day
Exfoliate and moisturize your entire body so your skin is camera ready
Start eating clean because you are what you eat
Be skin smartby starting a religious skincare routine and having a monthly facial until your wedding day
If you have any acne, get in touch with your dermatologist to consider possible treatment options
If you have mature or tired skin, try Microdermabrasion or a Jessner peel to help get your skin looking radiant & healthy
3 months before the wedding:
Keep doing above steps
Splurge on that eye cream girl.
Get a massage
Start dry brushing your entire body
1 Month Before Your Wedding
Resist the urge to start anything new when it comes to skin products
Cleanse, Hydrate, Moisturize, & Protect
You’re not going to see results from an anti-aging cream or cleansing routine in a month’s time anyway, so your best bet is sticking to what you know your skin can tolerate.
Don’t even try a new makeup remover or face wash, now is not the time to experiment.
Get a massage
Get a body scrub
Dry brush your body
Avoid alcohol as its very dehydrating & can undermine all the preparation you have done
Get at least 8 hours of sleep each night
One week before
Have your last facial at least one week before your wedding day
Make sure it is the same facial that you’ve had before, to avoid any nasty skin reactions
