Stay Hydrated

The Institute of Medicine says that we should be drinking at least 74 ounces of water a day. I mean our bodies are composed of 73% water so it’s very important to hydrate. I wanted to share one of my favorite teas to make this happen because let’s face it plain water can get boring.

This tea is very tasty & refreshing. I usually fill up my YETI like twice a day with this stuff! I’m obsessed with my Yeti ! Keeps my drinks hot or cold all day, it’s magical. Oh & don’t forgot lot’s of water means less eczema & psoriasis 😉 I have both so staying hydrated is a must!

Why I Love Roasted Barley Tea

In any Korean spa you will find roasted barley tea. So happy when I found this the other day (HAD TO but it $7), I love the flavor and it really helps digestion. It has many antioxidants, fiber,IMG_0366helps to cleanse your body of toxins, preserve skin elasticity and promote better blood circulation. Very common in the Korean household 🙂




I had a 20% coupon from Bed Bath & Beyond so I got a new pitcher 🙂 I am so happy with this purchase because I can add a ton more fruit & I can even start buying loose tea (loose tea can be infused about 5x) It also came with a chill core for additional cooling.
