Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
In a small bowl or jar combine ingredients. After the first thirty minutes give the mixture a stir, so it doesn’t clump together. Then cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Once you’re ready to eat, stir in the honey
Optional toppings: goji berries, nut butter, coconut, fresh citrus, bananas, nuts, pomegranate seeds
