I love how Amazon has almost everything, what a time saver! I still love my https://www.starbucks.com/ but I can’t wait in that long line all the time. Ain’t got time for that. But if I do then I get 4 shots over Ice with White Chocolate Mocha 🙂

I love a tasty skin health smoothie. My goal is to drink this everyday but I’m not there yet. This does give me a nice boost of energy in the morning which I really need because well ( 2 kids ). Coconut Water- five key electrolytes: sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus
Spinach- vitamin A
Banana- vitamin B6 and B12
Ginger- improves overall health ( too many benefits to list) I LOVE ginger so much especially with sushi
Echinacea- fights the flu
Lemon- fat burner /detoxifier
Green Apple- improves Digestion
2 stalks of celery, tiny piece of tumeric root, 1 lemon no seeds, handful of spinach, 1 apple, 1/2 banana, 1 cup water, 1 cup coconut water, splash of echinacea juice. You can remix your own version but this is how I love mine.
