Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies
3/4 cup butter, 3 cups almond flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 1 dash of nutmeg, 1 dash of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup of chocolate chips ( but I like using mega chunks of chocolate) , 1 tbsp of vanilla, 2 eggs, mix together , portion out equally sized balls of dough & bake until they are golden brown. These are my favorite cookies & my kids LOVE them 🙂
Mother’s Day 2020
Happy Mother’s Day to you & your Mommy. Because I lost my mom when I was young it’s important for me to acknowledge anyone feeling sad or lonely today. You are not alone. Trust me God knows your pain. I am sending all my love to you on this day. To those fighting fiercely thru addiction, those who have lost a mom or a child, – whatever the the situation. Today I remember all my moms amazing qualities and her sweet love. I will never forget the hands that raised me. She was the only one who truly loved me unconditionally and now I get to show that love to my precious babies. Today I will play some good music, eat some good food and smile because that would make her happy. She taught me to be good to people and help others. She wanted me to enjoy this beautiful life. I have the best memories of her that will last a lifetime. I miss you my angel, my mommy. And Happy Mother’s Day to my grandma who is 95, I’d be nothing without you. I’ll never know a stronger more beautiful gangster soul than yours. You are the real OG.
HARD
The Struggle to get Jlo’s body is real
If it were easy everyone would be doing it. But it’s hard. I also LOVE FOOD (especially sweets) I tend to eat bad😫 but I’m trying to get better.(Baby steps) I am trying to learn about macros & how my body reacts to certain foods . I really need to figure out how to speed up my metabolism . So I’m working from home , homeschooling, raising 2 kids, cleaning my home, grocery shopping, playing outside with the kids, getting enough sleep, skin care rituals, praying, reading, hobbies, laundry, cooking, taking care of my hubby, self-care, etc. Sometimes it’s very hard to find the time & energy to get a workout in. Juggling everything can get complicated when your a working mom but it can be done. If anyone has any advice feel free to let me know 🙂 Moms need all the support they can get! Ain’t no hood like motherhood! If you are also on a fitness journey lets connect 🙂
P.S. Just wanted you to know that you are also capable of anything and I love motivating women throughout their journey. Mom’s are worth it and I want to prove that to you. If you are finding it difficult (like me) to stay motivated, I just want you to know that YOU are worth it! And you deserve to feel good, look good, and be healthy.

True Unconditional Love
On April 13 2013 my life changed in the best way possible. Gianna Valentina was born healthy 6lbs 15 oz. I still remember waking up that morning & feeling completely different, I can’t explain it. And I think maybe the look on my face looked different also because my husband decided to stay home from work that Friday. I sang to Gianna throughout the whole pregnancy ( I even took her to a NODOUBT concert when I was 5 mths) but that day Amazing Grace popped in my head so I was singing it to her all day, & even though I was extremely tired my husband made me go to prenatal yoga that day at 2pm; My water broke at 5 pm; I gave birth at 8:47 am Saturday morning.
That morning I heard the sweet sound of her first cry & it was the most beautiful sound I’d ever heard in my life 
It has been such an amazing journey. I’ve had so many firsts and a few lasts haha (first mommy mistakes); a year full of happy moments, a few tears here and there whether tears of joy or pure frustration lol. It is truly one of my biggest responsibilities and goals in life to be a good mother to my child. I’m proud of myself; proud of my husband and I feel so so blessed that we are her parents and we get to experience all of this together. My husband was raised by a single mother, I was also raised by only my mother & grandma. I would always pray & dream about having a loving family & I always knew that if I ever had children, they would have both parents & unconditional love. Gianna has two parents that love her more than life itself & two parents that love each other more than anything in the world. Thank you God.
I have mastered the cake pop! My dessert table came out pretty cool & I can’t wait to start my own desert company because I have absolutely fallen in love with making sweets! I love the creativity that comes along with making custom desserts! It’s soooooo fun ! ( Time consuming but very fun )

Sephora Haul
Sup guys & gals. So I got a couple things from Sephora & I wanted to tell you about them. Let’s start off with the holy grail of primers. All I can say is “wow” this stuff is aaaahhhh mazing, I love it. My foundation goes on flawlessly & my skin feels extremely hydrated. Do you know how hard it is to find a good makeup primer?
On to the next, I got my favorite eyebrow pencil ( need I say more ) I mean Anastasia is literally the queen of eyebrows, seriously. http://anastasiabeverlyhills.com/brows/brow-wiz.html (chocolate) Super-blendable & very natural.
It’s pricey, dramatic, and pretty. It’s one of my favorite high end mascara’s that I get to buy once in a while 😉
