Hot Oil Scalp Treatment
It’s easy and cheap . Thats a win win situation if you ask me. I do this once a week. Sometimes I warm the oil most of the time I don’t. I always leave it on overnight. I also use this before a hot pilates class. A healthy scalp = healthy hair. I want long healthy hair, like I’m talking “Rapunzel” so I’m trying this Red Pimento oil to help me out. We shall see.

Silicone Free Haircare
I’ve noticed that when I use products that have silicones my curls go away. I’ve been trying to use products that don’t have silicones (it seems like every hair product has them). What works for one person may not work for you, but these ingredients cause the same amount of damage to all hair types. A product with a lot of silicones that will coat your hair & you will need a clarifying shampoo to remove the build-up.

Flat Irons
So I recently purchased a new flat iron because I gave away my GHD flat iron to my sister in law. I got this new one at Cosmoprof & I am so pleased with it. Much better than the GHD & CHI ( I had a CHI flat iron before the GHD) This Paul Mitchell flat iron leaves my hair so much shinier & smoother. I’ve never tried Titanium anything on my hair but it seems like my hair loves it !
I always let my hair air dry & I use Tresemme heat tamer spray on my locks. The mini Babybliss flat iron is for my baby hairs & touch ups. I highly recommened these amazing flat irons they get the job done!! You know what I mean 😁

Curl hair with 1 1/4 inch barrel
Pin up the curls & spray with hairspray
(let it set for 20 mins max)
After you take out all the pins flip your head over and shake it like a salt shaker

So I started a hair growth serum last night 🙂 (I’ll let you guys know how it goes as time passes). I’ve bleached my hair so much in the past & I really want to get it healthy again. I have vowed not bleach my hair in 2015 lol but I will color my roots, yes color damages the hair but oh well 
(I have a few gray hairs & I refuse to let that show!)
What I love the most about this serum is that’s it’s not sticky or thick, it’s a very thin serum. The smell is light & I love the really cute bottle that the serum comes in. I chose this over Rogaine because well the ingredients in Rogaine seem extremely harsh & some serious side effects.
