Aztec Secret

IMG_1590AZTEC SECRET INDIAN HEALING CLAY is bentonite clay from Death Valley, California, where it is sun- dried for up to six months in temperatures that sometimes reach 134 degrees. This is another beauty secret that has been around for centuries. All skin types can use this clay (especially good for people with blemishes) I tend to use this at least once a month to prevent breakouts during my period. All you have to do is mix this clay with apple cider vinegar until you get a creamy paste, you can also add some honey for extra moisture.

Have any of you ever tried this mask before? If so let me know how your experience was, I’d love to hear about it!

Treat Your Hands Good With L’occitane

Women tend to forget about the hands when caring for their skin, but hands often can reveal a person’s true age. I always forget to add sunblock to my hands & I can already see sun damage from driving without sun protection. I got these two hand creams earlier this week because I’m on a mission to repair these dry hands of mine. I feel like I wash dishes all day at home ,  maybe I should invest in a good pair of dishwashing gloves. Oh & they gave me six free samples 🙂 You know how I love the free stuff !! FullSizeRender-105 FullSizeRender-104Enriched with 20% Shea Butter+Honey+Almond Extracts + Coconut Oil :)

Nature’s Face Lift

Have you ever tried Aloe Vera gel?

It has 75 different nutrients including vitamins, minerals, enzymes which are all great for your skin. Sometimes I use this instead of lotion & it leaves my skin extremely moisturized & not greasy.  Of course using the raw plant would be better but since I don’t have this plant I’ll do the next best thing & use this gel. IMG_1592

Beauty Tip : Mix this with oatmeal & you have yourself an amazing exfoliator
