Seawater has many benefits for your body, it’s also extremely relaxing. Since I can’t go to the beach everyday I did the next best thing & purchased a sea water bath treatment. Sea water can boost immune system, improve circulation, hydrate skin etc.

How to layer your skincare

Something that I get asked a lot is how to layer your skincare. It’s so important to learn because it makes a huge difference, so here we go!

 

1. Serums

 

2. Antioxidants

 

3. Moisturizer

 

4. Sunscreen is always the last step

 

 

Tips:

Let you serums & antioxidants sink into your skin before you add a moisturizer. ( I usually brush my teeth then add my moisturizer)

Always Always Always remember to put product on your neck & décolleté
