Spinach Lasagna Rolls 😋
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and completely drained
15 oz fat free ricotta cheese (I like Polly-o)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
salt and fresh pepper
32 oz tomato sauce
9 tbsp (about 3 oz) part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, egg, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Drizzle about 1 cup of sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 12 baking dish.
Place a piece of wax paper on the counter and lay out lasagna noodles. Make sure noodles are dry. Take 1/3 cup of ricotta mixture and spread evenly over noodle. Roll carefully and place seam side down onto the baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles.
Pour sauce over the noodles in the baking dish and top each one with 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese. Put foil over baking dish and bake for 40 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Bon Appetit

⚫️ Bye Bye Blackheads ⚫️
Getting a professional facial every few weeks is 💯 the best way to prevent these pesky blackheads. Facials are pricey, but if you can make some room in your beauty budget they’re definitely worth it! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Boscia also makes some amazing strips which I use on my nose & chin area. The only thing I don’t like is peeling them off my nose it hurts a little bit 😫😩Ouch! And don’t ever put one on your husbands nose lol I did & he was not happy when it came time to remove 😂
Anyways below is my creation for getting rid of blackheads (non painful)
I recommend doing this at least once a week (this will also work on whiteheads 👆🏽)
All you need is 1 tablespoon of baking soda & Rose Water.
Step 1
Dampen your face.
Then mix the baking soda with rose water until you get a creamy consistency. With your fingers and start massaging it onto your skin with circular motions. Concentrate on the areas where you get most blackheads – the forehead, the nose, the chin, etc.
Rub for 30 seconds and rinse. Avoid leaving the baking soda on your skin for longer periods, that may irritate your skin.
