How to layer your skincare

Something that I get asked a lot is how to layer your skincare. It’s so important to learn because it makes a huge difference, so here we go!

1. Serums

2. Antioxidants

3. Moisturizer

4. Sunscreen is always the last step

Tips:

Let you serums & antioxidants sink into your skin before you add a moisturizer. ( I usually brush my teeth then add my moisturizer)

Always Always Always remember to put product on your neck & décolleté

Tips:

Apply blush to your blush brush and tap off any excess

Apply blush with a light and gentle hand

If you have a round/oval-shaped face, apply blush under the cheekbones for an instant lift. If your face shape is more triangular or squared, put it right on the cheekbones for the perfect pop of color

Even out your cheeks and add more makeup as desired using the technique above

If you have dry skin or fine lines and wrinkles, try a cream blush. If your skin is oily, stick to powder blush

When you’re done brushing on your blush, blend around the edges with a sponge or puff: “Blending it down makes the color even sheerer and more believable looking.” You can use just a regular wedge-shaped foundation sponge to do this
