What’s your favorite coffee? Which benefit from your morning mug do you appreciate most? Comment below 🙂

This is my go-to when it comes to store bought coffee. I love that it also has protein inside. Good Stuff!! Oh and you can get it on https://www.amazon.com/. I love how Amazon has almost everything, what a time saver! I still love my https://www.starbucks.com/ but I can’t wait in that long line all the time. Ain’t got time for that. But if I do then I get 4 shots over Ice with White Chocolate Mocha 🙂

Did you know that coffee can vanquish your cellulite or remove your raccoon eyes in an instant? Coffee also has antioxidants called polyphenols and hydrocinnamic acids which can help fight the aging process. CHEERS! DRINK UP!

What’s In Your Diet?

What are “Free radicals”

A term often used to describe damaged cells, They are “free” because they are missing a molecule, which sends them on to pair with another molecule. These molecules will rob any molecule to quench that need.

What are “AntiOxidants”

Your body uses antioxidants to stabilize the free radicals. This keeps them from causing damage to other cells.

Filled with antioxidants and are a great source of vitamin c, vitamin e, & fatty acids. They improve skin density & help protect your skin from signs of aging.

Contain massive amounts of vitamin E, almonds also help reduce body fat & boost your immune system.

Besides hydrating & cooling the skin, they also contain antioxidants like B carotene, A-carotene, and lutein. I love drinking cucumber water with mint & strawberry slices (my personal favorite)

1 cup of carrots has 407% vitamin A ( Retinol) Need I say more?

Red Grapes:

Has been proven to improve memory & brain function (full of antioxidants)

Contains essential fatty acids which have anti-inflammatory properties that reduce redness and swelling, great for clear skin.

How to layer your skincare

Something that I get asked a lot is how to layer your skincare. It’s so important to learn because it makes a huge difference, so here we go!

1. Serums

2. Antioxidants

3. Moisturizer

4. Sunscreen is always the last step

Let you serums & antioxidants sink into your skin before you add a moisturizer. ( I usually brush my teeth then add my moisturizer)

Always Always Always remember to put product on your neck & décolleté

imagesIf you use a retinoid at night it’s best over a serum and a cream—moisturizing helps retinol to penetrate better
