Acupuncture & Asthma

Hey guys my asthma is on another level lately so I decided to make a post about it. If you guys know any remedies or medicines for treating asthma I would love to hear about them.

But first let me tell you about a couple products I love. The first one is this yummy almond butter that is perfect for on the go when your hungry & you need a snack. What’s great about this company is that every time you buy one you also help feed a child with malnutrition. Read more about it here http://yumbutter.com/pages/buyone-feedone

I also just started trying Garden of Life Raw green superfood capsules 2 days ago. I wish I could drink a green smoothie everyday but the truth is I can’t. This is a perfect way to get my veggies in so that I can hopefully have a healthier body.

I will let you know how it goes 🙂 http://www.gardenoflife.com

What the heck is cupping?

Cupping is a holistic and ancient medical therapy that has been used for millennia in traditional Chinese medical as well as by Egyptian and Middle Eastern cultures. Cupping practices have even been uncovered on Egyptian temple walls dating 1,550 B.C.

Cupping is said to ‘open’ the lungs by drawing toxins and mucus to the surface of the skin, allowing air to flow more fully through the lungs. Issues from asthma, bronchitis, coughs, colds, and other respiratory complaints may see drastic improvement in a single session. Since I suffer from asthma I gave this a try & I must say it has helped me so much. As you can see my back looks like it hurts but it wasn’t painful at all, actually it was quite relaxing.

It’s so hard to deal with asthma so I’m glad I finally gave acupuncture a shot, I am now a believer in it’s healing properties.

I wish perfect health for all you guys.74fc0ef02496a02ff2f6950b928016cb
