Traders & Costco Buys

I love Costco because they sell two 42 oz coconut oil jars for 27 dollars! 😱 Can’t beat that with a bat! I use it for cooking, hair treatments, facial treatments etc. Oh & I started buying frozen fruit at Trader Joes to make breakfast smoothies at home 😌 Yummy stuff !

Turn Your Tub Into A Spa

Do you make bath time a super relaxing experience? Candles? Music? Fancy Bubbles ? I find myself always making homemade treats for my body that have been great for helping my skin stay soft. Today I’d like to share a simple scrub with my lovely subscribers 🙂 I make it by using coffee (a caffeinated body scrub can help with circulation, collagen production, and temporarily reducing the appearance of cellulite)

So I make coffee & then I mix the used coffee grounds with #coconutoil in a jar & let it soak together overnight. The next day I use it in the shower & gently massage it into my skin! It’s completely worth the mess you make in the shower lol. One of my dreams is to have my own line of beauty products (Dream Big) I can’t wait for that dream to come true!

Honest

So I’ve only tried two Honest products & I really love them. I can’t imagine going back to anything else after using these guys. I look forward to incorporating more Honest products into my household, one product at a time. If you have tried anything from Honest tell me about your experience 🙂

The bubbles last long & my daughters skin is very soft & moisturized after a warm bath. This bubble bath smells very delicious !!! It’s pricey but I think it’s worth it.

Do you want thick, shiny, long hair ?

FullSizeRender-7 FullSizeRender-5

I have found a treatment that claims to do just that!

So easy & effective you gotta try it!

Why Coconut oil?

Unlike other oils that just sit on the hair, coconut oil is ideal for penetrating the hair shaft, getting past the cuticle, repairing and preventing damage from the inside out.

HOW?

All you have to do is massage the oil into your scalp & down to the ends, making sure the hair is completely saturated.

Put hair in a bun & leave in overnight

( if you can’t sleep with the oil overnight try leaving it on for at least 45 minutes)

THAT’S IT !!!! SUPER EASY RIGHT?!

Tips:

I always pre-melt the coconut oil before applying it to my damp hair

I always shampoo twice to make sure all the oil is out

If you have any questions please let me know
