I love dry oil spray. My most recent dry oil purchase is by Moroccan oil 😱 It has yummy stuff like avocado oil, argan oil, olive oil 👍🏽 If you have dry skin like me then a dry oil would be very beneficial for you! I love using this after a shower & the smell is amazing. Husband loves the scent👌🏽

You need to drink at least 30 to 32 oz. of water before you enter the sauna room. This way, you won’t get dehydrated once inside.
It’s pretty boring lol but it makes you sweat a lot 😊😘 
I love Costco because they sell two 42 oz coconut oil jars for 27 dollars! 😱 Can’t beat that with a bat! I use it for cooking, hair treatments, facial treatments etc. Oh & I started buying frozen fruit at Trader Joes to make breakfast smoothies at home 😌 Yummy stuff !

Have you ever tried Aloe Vera gel?
It has 75 different nutrients including vitamins, minerals, enzymes which are all great for your skin. Sometimes I use this instead of lotion & it leaves my skin extremely moisturized & not greasy. Of course using the raw plant would be better but since I don’t have this plant I’ll do the next best thing & use this gel. 
Beauty Tip : Mix this with oatmeal & you have yourself an amazing exfoliator
