She is good. And by good I mean “hard”. And when I do a workout I want to feel it “burn”, she does that for me. If I can do it, anybody can do it TRUST ME. Drink an energy drink and “Just Do It”. I won’t do burpees , I don’t really like them. I also don’t like push ups. Another reason why I love working out is because I want to get back to the weight I was before having my second baby . My motivation changes from day to day. Sometimes I really need to dig deep to find that thought that will get me moving 😊

This workout really gets the heart rate up. @madfit.ig
