Skin Health Smoothie

I love a tasty skin health smoothie. My goal is to drink this everyday but I’m not there yet. This does give me a nice boost of energy in the morning which I really need because well ( 2 kids ). Anyways I hope you try and let me know what ya think! If you have a cool version of a green smoothie please let me know.

Tumeric- anti-Inflammatory

Coconut Water- five key electrolytes: sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus

Spinach- vitamin A

Banana- vitamin B6 and B12

Ginger- improves overall health ( too many benefits to list) I LOVE ginger so much especially with sushi

Echinacea- fights the flu

Lemon- fat burner /detoxifier

Green Apple- improves Digestion

Celery-  antioxidants


2 stalks of celery, tiny piece of tumeric root, 1 lemon no seeds, handful of spinach, 1 apple, 1/2 banana, 1 cup water, 1 cup coconut water, splash of echinacea juice. You can remix your own version but this is how I love mine.




Start Out Healthy

It seems like everyone around me has been getting sick lately so I’m trying my best to take preventative action & do all I can to NOT get sick. I am currently taking below products to help strengthen my immune system.

What do you do/ take to prevent from getting sick?


A natural antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and astringent properties. It also helps boost your immune system & can treat & prevent infections.


Useful for colds & respiratory infections, echinacea can also reduce the duration of a cold.


I feel like I have the dynamic duo helping me stay healthy!


Oh & the Emergen-C well it tastes great plus it has like 1000 mg of vitamin C so that has to help in some type of way 😉
