The Institute of Medicine says that we should be drinking at least 74 ounces of water a day. I mean our bodies are composed of 73% water so it’s very important to hydrate. I wanted to share one of my favorite teas to make this happen because let’s face it plain water can get boring.Tweet
This tea is very tasty & refreshing. I usually fill up my YETI https://www.yeti.com/en_US/home like twice a day with this stuff! I’m obsessed with my Yeti ! Keeps my drinks hot or cold all day, it’s magical. Oh & don’t forgot lot’s of water means less eczema & psoriasis 😉 I have both so staying hydrated is a must!
